A Place to Go to Get Refreshed

With all the stress that a busy career and a hectic schedule brings, where is the best place to go to get refreshed and renew your perspective on the things that really matter in life? Church. Surprised? Hopefully, not for long. At Prairie Ridge Community Church, keeping you refreshed and renewing your perspective is our ministry focus. You matter to God. Your concerns matter to God. Our job is to provide the ongoing encouragement you need to handle the many problems and pressures you face today. We love our job.

Experiencing God’s unconditional love, and getting power from God to live right and live successfully is both wonderful and necessary. Through our varied ministries we provide the resources and motivation that will empower you to excel at work, maintain quality personal relationships, raise good kids, and stay happily married. We help you understand the gospel of Christ and apply God’s word to your personal and family needs. God cares for you deeply and longs to help you. His advice, direction, and affirmation will give you strength and hope for each area of your life.

In any community there are a wide range of services and activities available to people, from classes to support groups to recreation programs. They are offered by schools, hospitals, private groups and other agencies. But no one provides an ongoing community experience where you can get the programs and encouragement in a family atmosphere. Most community programs are not designed to befriend and support you outside of the meeting or the appointment. They lack ongoing relationships.

At Prairie Ridge we communicate the love of God, bring in His perspective, and provide a context in which close friendships can be formed and maintained. It’s a real neighborhood where people look after one another. We provide a variety of programs with God’s perspective, a sense of community, close friendships, genuine life change, Christian growth, and social and recreational opportunities.

Plus, every week at Prairie Ridge, we enjoy a refreshing weekend service with great hospitality, inspiring messages, and active children’s programs. It’s a great place to go to get encouraged for the week ahead. You’ll want to come back again and again.
