Membership at Prairie Ridge Community Church is informal. The process involves these important steps:

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ. (Believing in Christ and receiving His forgiveness and eternal life is most important, and is the foundation for belonging to a local church.)
Participation in our Sunday morning service, then a Life Group, then serving in one of our ministries.
A commitment on your part to our mission, vision, and philosophy of ministry.
A development of friendships that you are devoted to.
A confirmation of your commitment to us and our commitment to you.
Financial support of our ministry.

As we get to know you and you get to know other individuals in Prairie Ridge Community Church we will help you through this process as slow or as fast as you desire. We’re here to serve you. The next step will be membership class. We do not mean to imply that a strong commitment on each of the six steps is a requirement for membership. Our members have varying levels of commitment. But the steps described in the process must be understood, and it is important that you to want to head in that direction. The necessary information about our church’s beliefs, vision, history, and ministries are communicated in the membership class. Your desire for membership will be confirmed at that time.
